Included Services:
1. Visit and diagnosis of the issue.
2. Recommendation of a solution, with a detailed quotation.
3. Clean up of service area after job is complete.
Excluded Services:
1. Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card) .
2. Labour charges (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card).
3. Any work outside the scope of 'Included' work.
4. Any Plumbing work excluded.

Included Services:
1. Checking the product performance.
2. Cleaning of the product - external body with dry cloth.
3. Inspection of internal parts and cleaning if required.
4. Clean up of service area after job is complete.
Excluded Services:
1. Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card).
2. Any additional activity beyond raised request.
3. Any major cleaning or product opening will be treated as a repair request and charged extra as per FIXCESS rate card.
4. Any Plumbing work excluded.

Included Services:
1. Complete installation and mounting the product, connecting power supply cable, inlet pipe, drain pipe etc.
2. Checking water flow/pressure.
3. Explaining product features with demonstration.
4. Clean up of service area after job is complete.
Excluded Services:
1. Spare parts and consumables (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card) plus any Labour Charges if applicable.
2. Any work outside the scope of 'Included' work.
3. Any Plumbing work excluded.

Included Services:
1. Remove Inlet pipe, Drain Pipe and Electrical Connection.
2. Clean up serviced area after job is complete.
3. Place the product at safe location.
Excluded Services:
1. Any additional spare parts, consumables required or labour charge if applicable (chargeable as per FIXCESS rate card).
2. Any additional work outside of Included will be chargeable .
3. Any Plumbing work excluded.
